Started its rubberised coir plant at hyderabad in 1988 as the OEM for rilaxon - then a leading rubberised coir brand. Introduced own brand in 1992 in the market under the brand name "centuary". Since then there has been continuous improvement in quality and quantity of production in all its sphere. The company has a production capacity of 9000 metric tone including its subsidiary - shree malani industries pvt. Ltd.

During the courses of expansion, the company has modernised the rubberised coir plant adopting to the " state-of-art-of technology" from Austria.

Furnishing/upholstery division of the plant is completely modernised with latest computerized quilting machine from u. S. A. Besides, other supporting equipments like tape-edging machine imported from Taiwan and two more from USA, pre-bordering machine imported from England, cloth strip cutting machine imported from Italy have been installed at the division.

This has contributed to give exquisite appearance in every mattress we manufacture.

Unique feature of centuary mattress are:

1. Use of firm grade basic block with extra-reinforcement at the centre in the manufacturing of mattress to prevent sagging.

2. Double walling of mattress. Rich latex coated hessian walling, futher strenghened with 4 mm thick, expanded polythene for retaining shape over a period of time.

The company established product-positioning platform as mattress with inner strength and outer beauty.

The company has established a new standard in quality management system meeting the requirement of ISO 9001-2000series. Centuary is the first mattress manufacturer with ISO 9001-2000series and isi certification.
